PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONS 

Train in any or all of our programs for the same price!

Modern Karate

This class focuses exclusively on striking and stand up techniques. It is a combination of karate, boxing, and muay thai. Ages 6-13 are welcome in the youth class, 13 and older will be trained in the adult class. Students receive colored belts as they progress.







Brazilian Jiujitsu

This class includes no-gi grappling, takedowns, and conditioning. We combine techniques from Brazilian Jiujitsu, sambo, judo, and wrestling. There is no belt system in this class.






Kettlebell Training

Kettlebells are Russian weight training tools that provide improved strength, balance, and flexibility. The workouts are challenging and fun. We put an emphasis on proper form and safety while weight training. 





Cardio Kickboxing

Our cardio kickbox program is a fun, fast paced class that gives a full body workout and relieves stress. Learn kickboxing fundamentals and burn calories.
